Where are the products manufactured?
The products are handmade in Hauts de France, more specifically in Oise.
Are your candles made with essential oils or fragrance oils?
I have chosen to use scented oils, specially designed for candle making. These oils are of high quality, manufactured in Grasse, France, and guaranteed CMR-free (carcinogenic, mutagenic, reprotoxic) and phthalate-free.
Are there any special precautions to take?
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Burn candle out of reach of children and pets
- Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time
- Do not place candles in a draught
- Always leave at least 10 cm between burning candles
- Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire
- Trim wick to 5 mm before lighting
- Do not burn a candle to the bottom of the glass. I recommend leaving 5 mm of wax in the container to prevent the container from overheating.
- Do not blow out the candle to extinguish it and never use liquid.
- Remember to ventilate your home after using a candle.
Orders
What are the order preparation times
I am solely responsible for preparing and shipping your orders, so my preparation time is 2 to 3 days. I ship your orders daily. Delivery time will depend on the selected carrier.
How will my order be packaged?
Out of ecological concern, to avoid wasting resources, it is possible that some of my packaging may be recycled. I hope you understand this small gesture for the planet. I use a minimum of plastic for packaging parcels. It is possible that you may find bubble wrap to protect the most fragile items.
Otherwise, the items are protected by recycled paper. The boxes and protective materials are biodegradable.
Do you add a delivery note or an invoice to the package?
To avoid waste, I do not include the delivery note or invoice in your package. If you need your invoice, you can find it directly by logging into your customer account.
Can you add a word?
Yes of course, if you wish to add a word, please indicate it in the comment box of your basket. I will handwrite it on nice paper.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, you can benefit from free delivery starting from:
- 60 euros of purchase for Mondial Relay pickup points
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping starts from €3.80 with tracked letter. Your shipping cost is calculated based on the contents of your cart.
What should I do if I have a problem with the delivery of my package?
