A woody and powdery accord, wrapped in warmth and sophistication.

Amber & Tonka is a fragrance designed for autumn days when you crave softness and warmth.
The initial notes combine the woody freshness of fig tree with the roundness of pear. They give way to a more enveloping heart, where creamy sandalwood, a hint of jasmine, and sweet and gourmand tonka bean mingle.
The fragrance then settles into a deep and comforting base, marked by amber, cedar, and a subtle touch of tobacco.
A woody and powdery accord, elegant and warm, perfect to accompany the season.

Tips

Caution,

  • Always trim the wick to 5 mm before each use.
  • Never leave a lit candle unattended.
  • Centre the wick regularly.
  • Always burn the candle on a heat-resistant surface.
  • Always burn the candle until the wax melts to the edge of the container.
  • Ventilate the room after use.

CANDLE USE PRECAUTIONS

How to use my candle correctly

A long-lasting candle is a well-maintained candle. Discover my tips for taking care of your candle.

BEFORE LIGHTING YOUR CANDLE

Ensure your candle is on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

If needed, trim the wick. It should measure between 0.7 mm and 1 cm. If the wick is too long, carbon can accumulate at the tip and cause black smoke.

If your candle has two wicks, it is important to light both to ensure even burning.

DURING BURNING

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Do not move the candle while it is burning.

For optimal burning, allow the candle to burn all the way to the edge of the container.

The entire surface should become liquid to prevent the candle from tunneling later.

Do not place the candle near a window; the wick could flicker and affect the burn.

If the wick leans and falls into the wax, extinguish the candle and straighten the wick. Once solidified, trim the wick to the correct length.

Do not let your candle burn for more than 4 hours for large formats and more than 3 hours for small formats to avoid altering the wax and fragrance.

Never let your candle burn all the way to the bottom of the container; always leave 1 cm of wax. This will prevent overheating of the glass and your support.

EXTINGUISHING

To extinguish your candle, the best solution is to quickly dip the wick into the hot wax using an accessory and then raise it. The wick will then be coated with wax, making it easier to light later.

If you do not have an accessory, gently blow on the wick to avoid hot wax splatters.

AFTER EXTINGUISHING

Do not move your candle while the wax is hot and liquid.
